• You can use the extension you downloaded for as long as you want with no additional fee.
• You can download our upcoming versions for free for one year after your order.
• After one year, you can renew your subscription to continue to get new versions, support and extra services (our web cron) but if you don’t, you can still use your version of our extension.
• If your license expires then all the following paid services will be stopped:
  • Cron (executing all the automatic AcyMailing tasks)
  • Mail-tester integration (allowing to check if you’re going to be considered as SPAM)

To ensure customer protection our company offers a 30 days money back guarantee for all our downloadable products.

Any Software product

If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the unconditional right to claim and receive a refund within 30 days after the purchase date. No refund is available after 30 days.

Custom development service

If you claim back your money before our developer starts working on the project the full amount will be reimbursed.
If you claim back your money after our developer has started working on the project, the returned funds are determined by the project manager depending on the progress of the project.

Procedure

Please notice that on receiving back your money you are obligated to remove the software and all related files from your web-server and every data medium; your further use of the software will be regarded as illegal unless you obtain a license again.

We also believe that most of the refunds can be avoided.
